Drury Ln started in a home kitchen with one simple rule: nothing leaves the house that we wouldn't eat ourselves. No shortcuts. No preservatives. No bulk batching a week in advance.

The name comes from the nursery rhyme — the Muffin Man who lives on Drury Lane. We liked the idea of something classic, something your grandmother might have known, brought into today with a little more intention.

We keep numbers low on purpose. A limited weekly run means every box gets real attention. When slots sell out, they sell out. We'd rather do it right than do it at scale.
